As we reported earlier, these days the Rector of Balikesir University PROF. DR. YÜCEL OGURLU's visit to Gulistan State University continues.

Today, in accordance with the agenda of this visit, two important documents were signed with Gulistan State University and Balikesir University regarding future work: a memorandum on cooperation within the Erasmus+ program and an agreement on close cooperation in the fields of joint scientific research and innovation.
