For the 2025/2026 academic year, applications for student transfers to the state higher education institutions of the Republic are registered through the following electronic systems:

➖ For two valid reasons (https://lex.uz/uz/docs/-6070845), transfers from one state higher education institution to another within the republic or within the same institution – via “transfer.edu.uz”;

➖ Transfers from foreign and non-state higher education institutions to the relevant or similar programs of state higher education institutions – via “my.uzbmb.uz”.

Applications will be accepted until August 5, 2025 (inclusive).
