To ensure that the professional (creative) entrance examinations are conducted at a high standard in accordance with the principles of openness, transparency, and impartiality, the leadership of Gulistan State University and members of the monitoring group directly observed the examination process.

During the monitoring, particular attention was paid to strict compliance with established rules and procedures, the fair and impartial application of assessment criteria, and the conditions created for applicants.

The university representatives also reviewed the operation of the specially organized "Parents' Waiting Area," where parents are provided with the opportunity to watch the professional (creative) entrance examinations live in real time through a livestream.

At Gulistan State University, all stages of the admission process are organized in accordance with the principles of openness, transparency, and fairness.
