By Presidential Decree PQ-60 dated February 14, 2025 (https://t.me/eduuz/30532), the Republic of Uzbekistan mandated implementation of the “Step into the Future” program to assist higher education graduates with employment. To ensure execution of this decree, a seminar for graduating students was organized at Guliston State University.

The seminar was opened with an introductory address by the university rector, Muhsin Khodjiev, who outlined the main points of the presidential decree and provided detailed information about the opportunities offered to young people, including graduates.

After that, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Fazliddin Sharipov, spoke about mechanisms for ensuring graduate employment and career guidance.

The event also featured Zohid Norbotayev, Deputy Head of the Syrdarya regional branch of O‘zmilliybank JSC — the university’s main partner in implementing the “Step into the Future” program — who introduced the platform developed by O‘zmilliybank JSC under the project.

The second part of the seminar continued as an open Q&A dialogue, where young participants received detailed answers to their questions.
