The staff of the pedagogical faculty of Gulistan State University, located in Yangier, together with the Syrdarya regional department of the Quality Inspection of Education of the Republic organized a training seminar.

At the seminar, the head of the Syrdarya regional department of the Republican Inspection of the quality of education, Kh.Askarov, Deputy Khokim of the city of Yangier A. Abdukodirov, Head of the Department of Public Education of the city of Yangier H.Alekseev, Dean of pedagogical faculty J.Kamilov, directors of secondary schools in Yangier, heads of preschool educational organizations in Yangier, heads of departments of the Faculty of Education and professors-teachers.

The seminar discussed such issues as the work carried out in schools and preschool educational institutions of the Syrdarya region, including the city of Yangier, the quality of education, the introduction of advanced foreign experience in the educational process, international assessment programs and the participation of schoolchildren in them.

It was noted that in preparation for international assessment programs, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation between schools and Gulistan State University, deepen the teaching of subjects available in international assessment programs, modernize the teaching of each subject, pay special attention to the development of students ' thinking abilities, linking the acquired knowledge with life.
