Today, Gulistan State University has 4 student residences with a capacity of 2094. Of these, 910 places are reserved for students admitted to the 1st year. The remaining 1184 places are allocated to students who apply online through the student accommodation platform.

The headquarters for providing accommodation and rent to students of Gulistan State University was established, and in order to prevent students who need accommodation from wandering around in search of a place to live at the beginning of the new academic year, the staff members organized 164 apartments with 1262 places. an address list of reserve rental apartments has been formed. From the beginning of the new academic year, measures will be taken to accommodate them in rented apartments.
