According to the strategy of achieving gender equality in the Republic of Uzbekistan by 2030, the activity of "Leader girls club" consisting of Guldu female students has been established in order to form and develop leadership skills of women studying in higher educational institutions. The goal of the club is to transform active, enterprising and talented women in higher educational institutions with modern knowledge and talent, leadership skills into talented leaders, to educate them in the spirit of patriotism, to select the promising personnel of the new generation, to train them in leadership skills and to train highly qualified women of the new generation. - is to form a reserve of girls.
