She graduated from Samarkand State University in 1996, and since 1997 she has been a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Botany and Ecology of Gulistan State University, a graduate student of Gulistan State University, from 2002 to 2009 she was a teacher and senior lecturer at the Department of Botany and Ecology of Gulistan State University, from 2011 to 2018. She worked as a senior teacher and associate professor of the Department of General Biology of Gulistan State University. In 2018, she was the head of the department of scientific research and scientific-pedagogical personnel training of Gulistan State University, and since 2020, she has been working as the head of the department of medicinal plants and botany of the university.

Since 2022, the department has been training highly qualified specialists for the future of our country. The "Medicinal Plants and Botany" department was established in 2019, and in that year PhD, professor H.K. Karshibayev was the head of the department, since 2020, Candidate of biological sciences associate professor L.A. Botirova has been working as the head of the department. .
