The acquisition and their implantation of human organs and tissues in accordance with the law is carried out by medical institutions of the state health system, the list of these institutions is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.

Transplantation of human organs and (or) tissues toipipients is carried out on the basis of a medical conclusion on the necessity of transplantation of human organs and (or) tissues.

Lantlantations are made with the written consent ofipipient.

According to the law, the withdrawal of human organs and (or) tissues from his corpse is allowed in the event that he has a written consent approved by a notary in the course of his life.

It is forbidden to force a living donor to give consent in order to get a member and (or) tissues from him.
