In order to ensure the implementation of the instructions given by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a video conference on April 5, 2022 "Implementation of tasks set at the beginning of the year on the reform of school education, priorities until the end of the year" Gulistan State University Gulistan and 52 secondary schools in Gulistan district, with the main goal of providing methodological assistance to teachers in improving the quality of education.

The University has also set up mobile teams to provide methodological assistance to school teachers in other districts who reported poor results in the past academic year.

On May 5, 2022, members of the "mobile group" met with teachers of secondary schools 7, 25, 27 in Syrdarya district. University Rector M.T. Khodjiev and the head of the regional department of public education O. Donaboyev discussed the work plan for May with school communities. Particular attention was paid to the responsibilities of department heads and school leaders. The main goal was to implement the slogan "New Uzbekistan - starting from the threshold of school."
