In this regard, the visit of professors from one of Turkey’s prestigious universities — Balıkesir universiteti to Gulistan State University deserves special attention.

As part of the visit, one of the university’s leading scholars, Professor Dr. Taner Ozcan, is conducting a series of meaningful lectures for students of the Department of Medicinal Plants and Botany. These classes cover important subjects such as Botany, Flora and Systematics of Medicinal Plants, and Phytocenology, serving as a valuable resource for strengthening theoretical knowledge and learning modern scientific approaches.
