The appeals of individuals and legal entities of Gulistan State University are considered in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On appeals of individuals and legal entities" and other relevant legislation.
As of March 25, 2021, the university received a total of 35 applications, including 15 applications through the President's Virtual and Public Receptions (2 applications are pending) and 20 applications directly through other organizations. 18 of the received appeals were satisfied, 17 were clarified.
From January 2020 to March 25, 2021, the university received 185 applications and reviewed them accordingly. The President received 125 applications through virtual and public receptions, and 60 directly through other organizations. 59 of the received applications were satisfied, 126 - clarified.
By the corresponding order of the rector of the university, the sphere of work with appeals of individuals and legal entities is entrusted to the vice-rector for scientific work and innovations A. Suleymanov.
The university has a separate office for considering applications from individuals and legal entities, and Sh.Makhmudov is entrusted with considering applications from individuals and legal entities.
